Supervised team of creative and technical personnel, coordinated and motivated volunteers as editor-in-chief of free annual environmental magazine with Chicagoland distribution reaching 320,000.

Served as content manager and contributing designer for traveling environental exhibit, Answering the Future, featured at the State of Illinois Center.

Served as customer service liaison with participants (Chicago-area families) for interactive television trial. Provided on-site participant training and technical support.

(RCTV called: "...probably the only successful field trial of interactive television ... ever launched.")
