  • Managed concept development, educational and interface design and design documents, character scripting, and usability testing in schools
  • Wrote product proposals, design documents, character scripts, marketing materials, sales demonstrations, teachers' guides and offline activities, user manual, troubleshooting guide and online Help
  • Participated in art direction, QA, media production and management of legal issues

RCTV Interactive Television Project
AT&T, Chicago, 1992-93*

Served as customer service liaison with participants (Chicago-area families) for interactive television trial. Provided on-site participant training and technical support

  RCTV called:
"...probably the only successful field trial of interactive television ... ever launched."
