Here are the opening and closing songs from America's Sweetheart, a somewhat-over-ten-minute mini-musical developed for the New Tuners Workshop in Chicago, IL. The show was presented June 14, 1994, along with three other musical theater projects, at The Theater Building in downtown Chicago, as part of a presentation entitled Dividing Lines. We were quite flattered that our show was chosen to close the evening's performances. (See special note about performance and authorship at bottom of lyric.) |
